Author Visits

I have lots of experience talking to young students, both as an experienced picture book author speaker and as a credentialed teacher of Language Arts and writing workshops. I've also been a long-time docent for school groups at The Museum of Modern Art in San Francisco.
My 30-45 minute presentations are interactive, engaging, educational, and fun! I can also include and lead art projects tied to the books.
Virtually (or in person sometime soon), I speak at schools (from individual classrooms to school assemblies), bookstores, libraries and book groups.
I will customize my presentation and activities for your group. I love visiting groups and sharing my experiences about writing books!
Check out News for my author events (upcoming and recent) and visit me on Twitter and Pinterest.
